Getting my body back after pregnancy has been a challenged. Hell, I thought once I had the baby, she would sleep all night and be on this perfect schedule. According to all those dang websites I read, she should be a sleeping beauty by now. Wrong, every baby is different! She catnaps during the day and still wakes up in the wee hours of the morning smiling. So whatever to that info. What I have learned, is that she goes through different stages as she gets older, therefore I have to make it a goal to get in at least an hour of exercise 4 days per week, no excuses. Honestyly, working out has been a challenge. When I finally get the opportunity to work out, I am literally exhausted, but on a positive note, I have my diet under control. So here is how I fit exercise in my week. First, I dont have a work out schedule, I have work out goals. I have started to jog several days per week, (love this, gives me time to think and look at nature). I do my sit-ups and pushups when she first falls asleep. I do my squats while holding her. I try to sneak in one or two body pump classes per week. As long as I get in 4 days per week for an hour, mission accomplished. I am happy! So how do you busy mothers and fathers make time to exercise and keep all that fineness?
